There are a growing number of patients around the world who have multiple diseases. The increasing prevalence of multimorbidity can have a significant impact on the quality and safety of care for patients with comorbidities. The BMJ Best Practice Comorbidities Manager is the only clinical decision support tool that offers decision support for patients with comorbidities. In this session, we will show how the BMJ Best Practice Comorbidities Manager can drive clinical quality improvement and patient safety. We will also show how it can be integrated into other clinical systems that healthcare professionals use and how local needs can be provided for.
