More specifically, participation in rehabilitation in primary health care settings supports the possibility of a good life. Two municipalities and The Central Denmark Region explored barriers for participation and discovered that not only personal relations between patient and health care professional was important, but also that organisational relations played a key role. This session will open the two-sided perspective and also include first hand experiences from a healthcare worker in a municipality.

After this session, participants will be able to:

  • Know the first steps in working actively with relations in similar settings

  • Create a setting for reflection, learning, and quality improvement
